What is Functional Medicine?

Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash pay practice and currently do not accept insurance of any kind. However, we can provide you with an itemized Superbill and payment verification form that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for provider visits. You may use HSA/FSA dollars to help cover costs.
Of note, we are not able to accept any Medicaid/Medicare patients at this time.
How much does this cost?
We offer a membership model of care that is tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Check out our pricing page for more information.

Where are you located?
Do you offer Telehealth options?
Yes, absolutely. All of our services can be offered in a “virtual” manner if you prefer. We can “meet” over video and manage all ongoing correspondence via secure & HIPAA-compliant messaging.
Can MFH be my primary care provider?
What labs will you order?
Your initial appointment may result in comprehensive laboratory analysis consisting of both conventional and functional lab testing.
You may be able to get conventional labs ordered through your primary care physician, if not Lab Corp can be utilized.
We use Doctor’s Data, Genova Diagnostics, Diagnostic Solutions, Great Plains Lab, Labrix, and Precision Analytical for functional lab testing.
Do you see children?
Currently, we are not offering our services to patients under the age of 18.
