In-depth medical visits and comprehensive health coaching sessions
Spend each medical visit with your board-certified Functional Medicine provider. Visit lengths are an hour to an hour and a half each.
Our functional medicine-trained health coach will strategically help you implement your health plan, and address your nutritional needs and lifestyle improvements.
Your functional health clinical team will discuss your symptoms and health goals in depth, map your health biography, and create a personalized care plan designed to identify and address the root cause of your persistent symptoms and conditions. Under our care, your team will continuously support your mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Unlimited messaging and support
Get direct access to your Functional Medicine practitioner and health coach. Message them anytime with questions and clarifications. Please allow 48-business hours for a response. Members are also able to schedule appointments and share any outside labs through our secure patient portal.
Personal treatment and lifestyle plans
Plans are tailored specifically for your needs and health goals. They cover foundational lifestyle behaviors; your mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing; diagnostic testing; nutrition needs; medications; medical-grade supplement recommendations; and more.
Access to functional diagnostic testing
Testing is convenient and can be done at home or at a local lab. We have some test kits in the office and others can be shipped directly to you. Costs for individual tests vary and are in addition to the monthly membership fees. All members get the physician rate (what we would pay) for each test, meaning we do not upcharge tests. We are happy to provide test pricing estimates for tests you may benefit from at your initial consult.
Discounts on every supplement order
All MFH patients receive a 10% discount on recommended health supplements. We use Fullscript, a third-party supplement dispensary, to send online recommendations to our patients based on their individual needs. You can order online 24/7 and all orders are shipped directly to your door. All recommended supplements are by well-respected brands that supply FDA-approved, non-GMO, and allergen-free products.
HSA & FSA eligible. Out-of-network reimbursement potential.
You can use an FSA or HSA dollars to pay for your visits with us, otherwise a credit card. Our care may be covered by your insurance provider as out-of-network medical care. We can offer you a Superbill to submit for possible reimbursement. Over 50% of our patients have received some kind of reimbursement towards their out-of-network deductible.

Fee-for-service pricing models in healthcare offer improved access for a wider range of patient care needs.
We encourage continuity of care by helping patients stay on track with regularly scheduled follow up visits. Your visit structure is based on your needs and treatment recommendations. We offer ample face-to-face time with your provider and health coach, along with direct access to your functional health team anytime you have questions or concerns.
Unlike new patients, established patients never have to wait for an appointment since follow-ups are always booked with your provider at the current visit.
